This has probably been discussed before, but is there a reason iFly only accepts one PBN code for ICOA flight plans?

This feature is a simple programatic limitation.  It's on our list to improve how we handle this.

It's not that big a deal. Wags indicate US ATC doesn't even look.
One simplification possibility is grouping common ones. For example PBN/B2 C2 is your basic WAAS GPS with T-route and RNAV SID/STAR capability. If you have C2, you are going to have B2.
