Custom waypoint by radial and distance

I see how to create a custom waypoint by Lat/Lon and by tapping or dragging to a point on the map (which also results in a Lat/Lon). Is there a way to crate a custom waypoint by radial/bearing from a known waypoint like "23 miles from the Kansas City VOR on the 120 degree radial," done in some units as "MCI/120/23"?
