Thanks Desert and Cobra!

I see the date range on my search was very short and recent - as you noted.

I just wanted to be sure I had given good advice to a novice IFLY user last weekend who asked me about the grey nexrad.

I make no apologies for my post.  Before I posted it, although I was in a hurry, I did a search on "nexrad" and immediately found the post that clearly referenced "gray nexrad".

(For some reason, the same search does not return the same results now.)  But at the time Anne made her post I believe "gray nexrad" was easily findable.  Or at least that was my belief when I posted my brief reply

In the past I've always gone out of my way to post the link(s) that answer someone's question, even if they didn't indicate they've made any effort to find it themselves -- so cut me some slack.  Next time, if I don't have the time I'll let others respond.  Upon review, I suppose it was curt.  A better brief reply would've been "Do a search for 'nexrad'".

Hook, it looks like you've identified a bug in the search engine. I've just tried about half a dozen searches for "grey, gray" that turns up only a few instances of either spelling, but only back as far as March 2021, even though each time I defined the search as going back to April 2016.  I(See the screenshot below.) So I think something's wrong with it. (If it's working right, then I'd think the instructions are inadequate.)
