International charts with App subscription?

I have a bit simpler request.. I'm planning on an extended (business) trip to Puerto Rico, and hope to do some flying while I'm there (rental, of course). I was surprised to see that Puerto Rico is not included in the US subscription. (I would only need sectionals (or terminal) for this). Some research shows that there isn't a *sectional*, but there IS a terminal area chart (Puerto Rico-Virgin Islands). I would hope that it could be included like Hawaii and Alaska.

Daun,

Puerto Rico is actually included in your subscription. It's covered by a terminal area chart "Puerto Rico-VI" and a WAC chart "CJ-27" which also covers part of Cuba. Here is the listing from our Updates Page. Look for the same on the iFly Connect or if using the app, you'll need to install Florida with WACs and TACs. I hope this helps.

I had found the WAC chart, but couldn't figure out how to get the terminal chart to show up. Taking a lead from your suggestion about loading the Florida charts, I deselected it and did an update, then once that finished I re-selected Florida (after making sure that WAC and terminal charts were selected). Then I did another update and magically the terminal chart showed up. Apparently my problem was caused by not having them selected when I originally configured everything.

No worries, I glad you got it installed and can use it for your trip. Yes, if you did not have Florida selected or TACs on the initial install, that would keep you from getting them. With our next V9 Seamless Charts, coming soon, this would not have happened, stay tuned. Glad your all settled out.
