I recently renewed my VFR/IFR subscription but keep getting a screen notice saying the subscription has expired. A receipt was received. Please clarify.

Allen, your subscription is current until 2015. possible you have two accounts and it's getting confused. Can you contact us at 888-200-5129 with your serial number and we can check that all out for you.

Steven, I don't show a subscription for your account, again it might be that you have a secondary account. I looked under both of you guys name and email, but did not find anything. It's fairly common that some just create a new account at check out, but that does not link to your device automatically. Can you call us at the number above and we can get some more info from you.

I'll keep digging in the meantime and report back if I don't find anything.
