I posted a few pics under the "Unit Size" thread so I won't use Walter's server space by posting them again here. The plane is a '64 PA28-235

My install for my Mooney M20E. Previous was a C152, pictures elsewhere in this forum. I still use the 12 battery under my seat in parallel with connection to bus. There is no cigarette lighter in this Mooney.

Robert,

I have a Tiger and own a Dillon mount. Did you do something to attach the iFly to the Dillon mount? If not, could you give me the info on how to do the install like yours?

I'll take better photos for you. I don't actually remember at the moment how I have the ball attached to the Dillon.

My installation is a little different...I placed my Ifly down by the rudder trim by my EKP-IV and use the remote control for the basic functions. Of course, in this location, it takes a little more effort to get to it when you want to interface with the unit, but it's not that difficult and it does keep the screen out of the direct sunlight.
