I only have iPad, iPhone, and iFly740 but some things I'd check.

Make sure your devices are, in fact, connected to the Stratux.  At your hangar, I'd guess that the only WiFi signal is from Stratux, at home they may already be connected to your home network.  They probably won't disconnect from the home network, and connect to the Stratux networ automatically.

Pay attention to how your turn the Stratux off.  Some say you need to use the Stratux app to turn it off, and you risk miniSD card corruption if you simply unplug the Stratux.

Ensure the iFly program on each device is set to Auto Detect, or Stratux/Flightbox.  Menu>About>Connected Devices>Select Wireless Device>

Tim:

I did all of that and have no problems connecting my two tablets. Just can't connect the NOTE 9 doing the same.

You all probably knew this, but you have to be moving to see the AHRS display. Otherwise, it reverts to the IFLY Synth Vis.

I think this Stratux is a great little device at a much better price. $214

I'll keep trying to get my phone to work.

IFLY shut down does work. I can also shut down in Stratux Manager.

OK. The two Android tablets work fine with Stratux. They will shut down Stratus when I am signing off IFLY. The show targets flying at my local airport while I'm at my house. The Synth Vision works, but you have to be moving or it defaults to the standard IFLY Synth Vis screen.

The only issue I am having is with my Samsung NOTE 9 phone.

I can see that Stratus WiFi is connected in my Settings screen.

I can see when I pull up the Stratux Manager that it too says I am connected and targets are depicted in a list. I can see the AHRS screen and I can either reboot or shut Stratux down from the phone. So it IS connected to the phone, but IFLY just says "Waiting for Device."

However, IFLY does not display the same targets I see on my tablets nor does the AHRS show when I am in motion as do the tablets. GPS status shows GPS strength bars and not ADSB bar. Unlike the tablets, it doesn't give me the option to shut down Stratux. When I hit shutdown Stratux from the Stratux Manager or IFLY the green light flashes, but doesn't go out.

I must be overlooking something and appreciate any help.

Works for me on iPad, iPhone, Nexus 7, and Windows 10.  I'm sure some other Android users will know the answer for you.
