Yes, it is. Because the ADS-B 2020 mandate is ADS-B out only.

Tim,

Indeed, this will be my approach...

Go for the most value-based basic adsb-out for compliance...

And stick with the stratux and IFly for adsb-in as I already have that...

Two different systems...but the IN will be through constantly upgradable and ever-improving portable systems.
