No.... It's posted on the www.iflygps.com website for download. It is a beta version, but anyone can download it.

Same thing here. Installs on my s21 phone but not my Tab E with software version. 7.1.1  I keep getting a Parsing Error too.

I just DL'd iFly EFB beta, and it installed fine on a new(ish) Samsung A7 Lite.  I'm updateing the charts now, and I will give it a test a little later this morning.  (If the weather holds out)

The beta EFB version currently requires Android 9 or newer.
