I've been using WingX on an iPad2 with the Skyradar receiver for about a month now. It works great. There are some shortcomings, but overall an impressive solution. I had been waiting for the iFly 700 to support the Skyradar receiver, but couldn't wait any longer so picked up an iPad2. I really like my iFly 700 on a yoke mount in my plane, but the iPad2 with WingX is hard to beat. The display size is perfect for approach plates, though too big for a yoke mount. That's why it's best to have one of each :-).
