This comment is not aimed at anyone in particular, but my reaction to many of the feature requests here is at least a raised eyebrow. Talk about VFR glide slopes, for example, would seem to indicate a pilot who is uncertain about how to fly a VFR final approach. I don't want to debate this, YMMV and all that. It's a well-spent half hour. It's a few years old, but if you substitute the concept of 'tablet computer" for "automation" and "flight management system" I think it is very relevant here. If you fly with an autopilot, it is even more relevant.
