Yesterday, I departed IFR out of Albany International Airport (KALB). My clearance required me to fly the Albany Five departure.

I looked in iFly and only found the graphic representation of the departure, which does not include the information found on the following page, on the departure's textual description (the text on the alternate minimums page only has partial information): http://155.178.201.160/d-tpp/1410/00010ALBANY_C.PDF

I managed to get the information from a different software I have and was able to depart as cleared.

When I reviewed the information available on iFly, another piece of information I couldn't find is the LAHSO information: http://flightaware.com/resources/airport/EWR/LAH/LAHSO/pdf

Are these two found someplace on iFly GPS and I couldn't find them, or are they really missing?

I'm not sure I understand your reasoning. Having a substitute for paper charts and publications goes to the basic reason for using iFly and similar apps.
I'm not using it for primary navigation - I'm using it so I won't have to purchase and carry all of the sectionals, AF/Ds, terminal procedures, low-altitude charts and terminal area charts, as I don't particularly enjoy doing secretarial work in the cockpit.
