Just bought a used Garmin 196 as a backup, for about the same price as a new iFly 520....AARRGGHH!

Just received my IFly 520 and have found that it has only landscape mode at this time. There is no portrait mode even though that feature is noted as being available. Hopefully this will be rectified in the near future.

Are you just looking to see the visual difference of the two units? I've got a front on shot of each unit, just not in the same picture. Are you looking to visually compare the size or looks? I can make an image to show both in real size, but is would take a little while to setup a side by side shot that looked clean and finished. I'm just trying to get a feel of what the objective is, please.

I'd just like to get an idea of the 520's size before I get serious about getting one. I have a 700 and like it, but I also like the built-in battery of the 520. Smaller may be better, as long as it's not too small.
