I'm an Android Tablet user of iFly. As for opening PDF's yes I can already do that using the Michigan Aero Airport directory APP.
But let's not scope creep here. My suggestion was merely to make iFly aware of these diagrams for possible integration. I'm really looking for these charts to be available in iFly when I seelct and airport and then then tap the View Diagram button. I'd be fine if iFly only showed these in full screen to limit the amount of georeferencing required in each file. Presumably one LAT/LON matching airport center may be sufficient to have these show up. Of crouse I don't know exactly how iFly is handing the FAA charts on the back end. Though I presume It's a JPG, PNG, or TIFF with at least three georeference points so they properly overlay and scale on the main map.
