I fly with a Garmin G300 and an iPad Mini 4 and IPhone 6S Plus both with iFly. I figure with all that, I am safe without paper charts or printed flight plans.

How do I do a screen shot on Windows 10?

Ha! I'd forgotten. I've been a Mac user for the past decade and had to dig online for the answer--or, as it turns out, 8 of 'em:  https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-way...ing-built-tools

I serioulsy doubt there's any conspiracy with Big Charts keeping iFly from printing the data...

I think it's far more likely that this *isn't* simple.  iFly runs a common code base across a large number of platforms (iFly-unique hardware, Android, iOS, Win10).  Each of those platforms either has its own unique interface to printers, or maybe doesn't have a built-in print interface at all.

That means iFly has to write and include code to interact with multiple different print interfaces, and/or build its own print interfaces.

Beyond that, iFly is currently all built around displaying data on a screen. So there's new code that needs to be written to allow data to be formatted for a printed page.

So I wouldn't characterize this feature as a "simple addition".

FWIW, I have never felt a desire to print anything from iFly, and am somewhat puzzled by the chorus of voices requesting such a feature, but I guess that's what makes the world go around.

I've always just used the "PrtScn" button.  If you push F11 first, it eliminates the top part of the browser (File Edit etc. Tabs, various menu bars) and the bottom Windows bar (Search box, quick start programs, Time/Date, etc.)

Win10 also has a "Snipping Tool" that allows you to pull a rectangle with your mouse/cursor and copy only that highlighted portion of the screen.
