Perhaps it's no longer a TFR?

Disney World is noted as a TFR,Though you have to click on the red shaded airspace ringed by a red circle to find out:

but Disneyland has this:     And nothing happens with regard to the Disneyland airspace if you click on the non-yellowed circle.

Both my Win10 desktop and 740 show the "No flight below 3000" area with the yellow urban area color removed.

None the less, I agree that if this is EFFECTIVELY A PFR (Permanent Flight Restriction) area it should be noted more prominently than it is.

IMO this should be more clear on the chart as a restricted aspc.

i'll see what we can do but we're in crunch time. Watch for what we have coming out - announcment coming tomorrow

The yellow circle I see just to the NW of KSNA is Disneyland and is where it has always been but just not as visible as the red was.

In fact many moons ago a friend who worked at Disneyland knowing I was a pilot ask me what they could do to keep pilots from flying too low during their nightly fireworks.

I suggested they contact FAA and see about a permanent TFR. And there it is....
